2M420 subdivision two-phase hybrid stepper motor driver, the use of DC 20-40V power supply, suitable for current less than 3A, outside diameter 42-57 mm of the two-phase hybrid stepper motor. This drive with DSP based AC servo drive current loop subdivision control, motor torque fluctuation is small, low speed running very smooth, almost no vibration and noise, high speed when the torque is much higher than that in the other two drive, positioning accuracy high. Widely used in engraving machine, CNC machine tools, packaging machinery and other high resolution requirements of the equipment.

1, average current control, two phase sinusoidal current drive output; DC 20-40V power supply;

2, photoelectric isolation signal input / output, there are over voltage, under voltage, over current, phase to phase short circuit protection function;

3, 15 file segmentation and automatic flow function; eight output phase current settings

4, with an off-line command input terminal, the torque of the motor is related to the speed of the motor, which has nothing to do with the number of steps per revolution;
